At Southern Tide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coastal-inspired apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or color to ensure the perfect fit.

  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
